Hypnobirthing can have a positive effect on a mother’s, partner’s and baby’s labour and birth experience. When approaching birth informed, free from fear, confidently and calmly it can help you to work together to manage the intensity that it brings. Research has shown that hypnobirthing techniques such as breathing, visualisations and relaxations can reduce the use of pain relief during labour.
